Final changes to the new AR Fire Prevention (Building) Code written around the 2006 IBC.  Structural changes including the watering down of the seismic requirements for certain structures from the requirements of 2006 IBC  / ASCE 7-05 are covered on pages 28 through 32 of the document.  This document will take affect on August 1, 2008.
